To put it simply. I am music obsessed. I mean it’s pretty spectacular how music has the power to captivate you. Haven’t we all had heard that one song and all of sudden it’s as if someone wrote the lyrics just for us? Music has always been a vital part of who I am. Taking it away from me, would be like stealing one of my senses.
So you can imagine how much more appealing the idea of working out is to me when music is involved. I mean listening to my faves latest music (hello Ed’s new music is freaking amazing!) while I smash out arms and abs? Heck yes! You can count me in.
I know from the moment I walk in the gym I want to feel hyped up to absolutely crush my workout. But since i’m human that’s not always the case…most of the time. So my workout playlist is what I like to call my magical mood changer, that keeps me motivated and in the zone (which is I am a powerful bad ass and nobody can tell me nothing!) .

So I thought I would share with you guys my New Year. New Workout Beats: A Workout Playlist to help keep you motivated on your fitness journey. I know if it wasn’t for music, I sure wouldn’t be. It’s a pretty diverse collection of all the old but gold classics to new (Jan 2017) releases, that i’ll keep updating as the year progresses. From Calvin Harris and The Weeknd to Kanye West and Ariana Grande with a hint of Fall Out Boy. All together I would sum this playlist up as perfect to plug in, turn up and get your body moving too. As the key to reaching your fitness goals is discipline, but who says you can’t have a good time while doing it?
